At Woodmaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This page outlines all our fulfillment policies in one place so you can shop with confidence. All prices, costs, and refunds are displayed and processed in MAD (Moroccan Dirham).
1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
1.1 Processing Time
As our products are handcrafted, please allow the following processing times before shipment:
- Standard items (earrings, pens, atomizers, coasters, corkscrews, phone stands): 2–5 business days
- Wall clocks: 5–10 business days
- Custom orders: 10–20 business days (confirmed at time of order)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Free shipping on all orders over 1,000.00 MAD (standard shipping within Morocco).
1.3 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing window, please contact us at contact@woodmaa.com.
1.4 International Orders
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees for orders shipped outside Morocco are the sole responsibility of the buyer
- These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our prices
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
1.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or after the estimated delivery window has passed (for lost items)
- Provide your order number and photos of any damage (including packaging)
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
2. Return Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have your order confirmation or receipt
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders (e.g., engraved items)
- Earrings and jewelry (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the buyer, or missing original packaging
2.3 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or we made an error. In those cases, Woodmaa will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
2.4 How to Return
- Contact us: Email returns@woodmaa.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (see Section 3 below)
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider

3.3 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped:
- Contact us immediately at contact@woodmaa.com, call +212 539 000 000, or WhatsApp +212 661 000 000
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 3–5 business days
- If the item has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please follow the return process in Section 2
4.2 Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, as production typically begins immediately. After 24 hours, custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
4.3 Seller Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of:
- Stock unavailability
- Payment processing issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Pricing errors
In all cases, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund in MAD.
